Accessing previous versions of a Subscription is useful when troubleshooting issues. Previous Subscription versions can be viewed along with corresponding Charge ID/Products and Schedules.
Preconditions:
Changes must have been made to a Subscription to click into a previous version.
Steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Contracts & Orders >Subscription Contracts.
- Open the desired Subscription and scroll to the History section.
- Users can view past versions as well as revert to previous versions from this menu.
- When Revert to this version is selected, the following displays. Click Revert to confirm.
