Custom Contract Terms are supported within each Subscription record. By entering a different end date, the Contract Term changes to Custom.
Example: A contract with a set agreed contract amount (e.g. $50,000) to be recognized over a custom contract term that does not correspond to an even number of months. Such as a $50,000 contract for service period 11/12/2019 to 6/30/2020.
- Navigate to Menu > Contracts & Orders > Subscriptions.
- Open the desired Subscription.
- Scroll to the Subscription Information section and click the edit icon for Current Term.
4. Enter the current term end date. Notice the Contract Term changes to Custom.
5. Scroll to the Plans and Charges section and click the Edit icon to update the Line IDs to edit the Billing Period for charges as needed.
6. Save when finished.
