Subscriptions can be filtered to isolate specific data.
Note: Filters are case sensitive.
Steps:
The following example illustrates filtering Subscriptions by status with a date variable.
- Navigate to Menu > Contracts & Orders > Subscription Contracts.
- Click the Filter icon.
- Select Status from the Select Attribute drop-down menu.
4. Select the appropriate condition from the drop-down menu.
5. Select the desired target condition from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Apply Filter to generate the filtered data.
7. Additional filters can be added to the primary condition and are treated as AND variables. When added, both the primary condition and the additional conditions(s) must each be met in order for results to display. Click + Add Filter to add additional criteria.
Note: Up to 9 additional AND conditions can be added to the original Attribute.
Manage Filters
Filters can be saved and edited as needed. Users can create 50 different filters within the Subscription Contracts module.
Save Filter
Once all of the desired conditions are added to a filter, click Save Filter to use the filter again in the future.
Name the filter and select additional options:
- Establish a default filter to automatically load when navigating to a module. To do this, click the Make this as default filter checkbox in the Save pop up. This means the next time you navigate to this module; the filter automatically loads.
- You can share filters with others in your organization. To do this, click the Make this filter accessible to all users checkbox in the Save pop up.
- Note: Only the user that created the filter can edit or delete the filter. When selected, all users in your organization can view and use the shared filter set. However, they do not have access to edit or delete the filter.
Edit or Delete Filter
Select the desired filter from the drop-down menu and click the edit icon to change the filter as needed. Save when finished.
Use a Saved Filter
To use a saved filter, select the desired filter from the drop-down menu.
Note: You can create up to 50 saved filter sets within the Subscription Contracts module.
