Invoice Payment Link Expiration

How can I prevent invoice payment links from expiring?

You can increase the validity period for invoice payment links by updating the URL Expiry (days) setting in Company Settings.

Go to:

Setup → Company Settings → URL Expiry (days)

Available options are:

• 30 days
• 60 days
• 90 days
• Never

Selecting a longer duration or never keeps future invoice payment links active for a longer period and reduces payment link expiration.

What should I do if an invoice payment link has already expired?

Regenerate the payment link for the invoice. This creates a new active URL that the customer can use to access and pay the invoice.

Result

Updating the URL Expiry (days) setting ensures future invoice payment links remain valid for the configured duration. Regenerating an expired link provides the customer with a new active payment URL.
