If the Customers tool returns results but the Subscriptions tool does not, verify that Claude is connected to the correct instance.

MCP Instance Limitation

The MCP connection can be associated with one instance/entity at a time. Claude retrieves data only from the instance currently connected through the MCP.

Resolution

1. Log in to the instance that contains the required subscription data.
2. Ensure the MCP is connected to that instance.
3. Retry the request through Claude.
4. If you need information from another instance, switch to that instance before submitting the request.

Expected Result

Claude should retrieve the available data from the instance currently connected to the MCP.
