Understanding Dispute Fees

When a dispute fee is initially captured from the Ordway account, an internal transfer may be required to apply the fee to the appropriate account.

How the Fee Is Processed

The applicable dispute fee is processed as an internal transfer and will appear on the account as a Miscellaneous Fee.

For easier tracking and reconciliation, the miscellaneous fee description will include the corresponding Dispute ID.

Expected Result

The dispute fee will appear as a miscellaneous fee, with the associated Dispute ID available in the description for reference.
