Understanding Contracted MRR on Subscriptions

In some cases, the Contracted MRR displayed at the subscription level may appear lower than expected.

Cause

This can occur when one or more recurring charges have a charge end date that is earlier than the subscription end date.

How Contracted MRR Is Calculated

Only recurring charges that span the full subscription contract term are included in the subscription-level Contracted MRR calculation.

If a recurring charge ends before the subscription contract ends, that charge will not be included in the Contracted MRR.

Resolution

Review the start and end dates of the recurring charges and compare them with the subscription contract dates.

If the dates are configured as intended, the displayed Contracted MRR is expected system behavior.
