ARR Showing as Zero for One-Time Charges

Issue

Revenue is being recognized correctly over the applicable periods, but ARR is showing as $0.

Cause

If the subscription is configured with a One-Time Charge, the charge is not included in the ARR calculation.

Resolution

Review the charge configuration. If the charge is expected to contribute to ARR, it should be configured as an appropriate recurring charge.

Note

Revenue recognition and ARR calculations are separate. Recognizing revenue over multiple periods does not make a One-Time Charge eligible for ARR.
